Chatham Southside Hipster Holla Estate Sale

"Skinny & Al"
(Wesley Snipes & Kerry Washington look-alikes)
AL a Dunbar graduate, Korean war vet with honors & a retiree of Union Carbide! As in most old school households, the basement usually held a workshop. Today its known as a "man cave," and this sweet little bungalow has the tools to prove it. Al was a LICENSED ELECTRICIAN! TOOL GUYS DON'T MISS THIS ONE!

The queen of the castle was Dolores aka "Skinny" a seamstress & retiree of Illinois Bell! Vintage jewelry? There's plenty! Ladies don't miss the 29' long Toffee colored GERMAN Bakelite necklace. Her sewing machine still sits as well as her cute little coats and such.

HIPSTERS, ARTIST, RECLAIMED, DEALERS, HOUSEWIVES, TOOL TIMERS, VINTAGE LOVERS, BOOKIES, MUSIC PEOPLE, COLLECTORS, SET DESIGNERS, HOARDERS! Come dig!!

80'S & Vintage clothing lovers, visit the Men's boutique. London Fog, Baskin, Fields, Leather bombers, Black leather bombers, shoes & knits. AL could dress! And his attire shows it! (I saw a "Members Only" jacket!)

Record people, in case you hadn't heard, An Orange Moon sold a HIGHLY sought after jazz album at one of our historic sales. Lightening could strike twice! AL, known as a "Jazz Aficionado," has a fantastic collection of all sorts of LP's & 45's.

This bungalow holds year books, mid century modern pieces, 1940's furniture, lamps, vintage sofas, Black memorabilia, Military, BOOKS! Don't miss the attic or garage. Above all, HIPSTERS, HIT THAT BASEMENT & DIG!!
Cheers!
